About Our Team

Allen is NATE and EPA certified with 30+ years in the industry. Prior to his involvement in the HVAC industry, Allen spent four and a half years in the Navy. Originally from Statesville, NC, Allen enjoys spending time with family, especially his two grandchildren. Travel, fishing and kayaking are Allen’s favorite hobbies.

Cruz has over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has held every position here and moved up to manager. Specializing in residential and commercial heating and cooling, there is no job too big or small for Cruz to solve. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, staying active and furthering his education in the industry. Recently, he has developed a green thumb and likes to garden and plant.

Ken has over 25 years of experience in HVAC and heads our team of talented installers. Originally from Mooresville, NC, he enjoys fishing and spending time with family. Ken is truly a hard worker who dedicates his life to keeping families comfortable and helping them with their heating and cooling needs.

Sean is a workhorse and enjoys fishing, tennis and beach volleyball on his time off.

Stephen has been working with sheet metal and crafting ductwork for over 10 years. He enjoys fishing, beach volleyball and is currently working on getting his Captain’s License.

After 9 years, Trent has worked in every position at Mansfield and continues to impress! On his time off, he enjoys fishing, spending time on the beach and hanging out with his dogs.

Cameron is an avid learner and enjoys knowing everything there is about HVAC. Outside of work, he enjoys aviation, traveling, trying new foods and playing the saxophone.

Charlene is the glue that keep us all held together!. She has 10 years of office experience within an HVAC office and a total of 15 years of office experience. Originally from Leland, NC, Charlene has two daughters and enjoys crabbing, fishing, and crafts.
